Alarm panel displays with keypads communication error. Connection cables between the panels and Keypad should be checked.(if you are a consumer, please get in touch with the company, established the system). Does not have a problem with the connection to the alarm panel, software must be installed. |

SRN output is measured in the normal range at 0 V. Check this value. If you have 12 V, SRN output should be controled from program. Cable, at the SRN output, is plugged into the PGM temporarily and by entering the program 13 01 6 √ will be activated and is used as the siren output. |

If ATR-244 is used at VAP series panels, engineering program is entered. Make 3 active in 60 01 address, also make 1 active for remote control. In order to exit from the program, press √ approval.
In VAP-358 Panel or ATR-244 Receiver Module's "learn" key is pressed for 3 seconds and the PIR detector with tamper switch signals, the introduction occurs. |

HOW TO CONNECT TWO KEYPADs TO THE PANEL? |

VAP-304 and PRO-308 panels 2 and VAP-4xx series panels 4 keypad can be connected. To remember a rule that can not connect more than one VPC-104 keypad. If prompted other models can be used as a second keypad or more than one. If 2 keypad is connected to VAP-304 panel, in order to active second keypad, press long to 4 on second keypad.
Enter the program while a single keypad was mounted to VAP-4xx series panels. After active in the program 30 02 12345 √ ,full energy of the system is disconnected and the second keypad is connected in parallel and the energy is given. Whether long-pressing 4 on first keypad, 2 √ keypad can be active. |

All zones may be delayed in VAP series panels. Fabricated as 15 sec. delay time is possible. Engineering password is entered by pressing long on 4 at first. Here, (4 99 99 √) 02 01 to delay the entry is active. 01 03 to delay the output is active. |

ALARM PANEL DOES NOT DEAL, NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION GOES TO AHM STATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO? |

Enter subscriber number(address 04 01) and AHM telephone number (address 05 01) by using program. PTT line directly should be connected to ‘LINE’ input of the alarm panel. Between 30 V to 60 V value should be shown after measure with AVO meter. If ADSL is being used, PTT line must be entered to panel at first. Then send signal with 11 by pressing long to 8. |
